The ultimate in design flexibility
Omnis manufactures an extensive range of aluminium and steel profiled cladding systems for use in a variety of roof, wall and lining applications. The range of trapezoidal and sinusoidal profiles together with secret fix lining systems provide the specifier and contractor with an unbeatable choice of cost-effective cladding solutions to meet the most challenging of performance specifications.
Creative building design often requires a softness of line and detail of feature that can’t always be achieved with traditional profiled sheeting and flashing design. To meet this requirement we are able to offer both smooth and crimp curved options together with profiled closure pieces, flashings and mitred units.
Offering the ultimate in design flexibility, our profiled cladding is available in a wide range of colours and finishes.
19/76/991 (‘S’ Type)
A general purpose sinusoidal cladding sheet designed for use in a variety of applications. The symmetrical profile is ideal for forming into smooth curves. In exposed situations, it is recommended that two corrugation side laps be used, reducing the effective cover width to 991mm. Only available with an unsupported side lap.
A lightly profiled sheet which is ideal for domestic roofing and cladding, canopy soffits, fascias, parapets and small span applications. It is particularly suited for use as a lining sheet with the Ziplok standing seam roofing system and can be supplied smooth curved. Available fully perforated, with a supported or unsupported side lap.
A discretely profiled sheet that is ideal for domestic roofing and cladding, canopy soffits, fascias, parapets and small span applications. It is compatible with three other metric profiles in the profiled cladding range making it a perfect lining sheet for cost-effective twin skin applications. Available webb or fully perforated with a supported or unsupported side lap.
A general purpose roof cladding sheet for applications where the loading/span requirements are kept to a minimum. The 1000mm cover width provides an extremely cost-effective solution. Available with a supported or unsupported side lap, also with flat pan if required.
Designed for use as a soffit lining sheet for forecourt canopies the 20/300/900 has the aesthetics of a secret fix system at the cost of a profiled sheet. The 900mm cover width is available fully perforated with an unsupported side lap. See also Riblok for soffit lining.
A cost-effective roof sheet for small spans and light loadings that can be supplied with or without a supported side lap. The 32/167/1000 can also be used for vertical cladding where the outward facing broad ribs give a striking visual effect. For this application the side lap is reduced to make it a more economic option.
A versatile cladding sheet that can be used for both roofing and vertical applications. For roofing applications it provides a cost-effective and structurally sound solution that is easy to fix. For vertical applications the side lap detail is modified and the profile is used with the reverse side outward to give a bold visual effect. Available with a supported or unsupported side lap.
The 38/200/1000 uses the trapezoidal design of the 38/152/914 in this wider format. Whilst the loading characteristics are slightly lower than the 38/152/914, the 1000mm cover width provides an extremely cost-effective solution. Available webb or fully perforated, with a supported or unsupported side lap, also with flat pan if required.
A general purpose roof and cladding sheet suitable for most span and loading requirements. A special side lap detail with integral drainage channel provides extra protection against roof leaks. Laps should still be sealed and the special eaves to ridge fixing sequence strictly followed. Available with a supported or unsupported side lap.
Similar in profile to the 38/152/914, but with a profile depth of 44.5mm, the 45/152/914 has a far superior spanning capacity and is ideal where greater loadings are required. The 45/152/914 is available web or fully perforated, with a supported or unsupported side lap.
A robust heavy-duty roofing and wall sheet which is particularly suitable for large spans or heavy load applications. The design incorporates an integral drainage channel to provide extra protection against roof leaks. Laps should still be sealed and the special eaves to ridge fixing sequence strictly followed. Available with a supported or unsupported side lap.
The Riblok range of secret fix cladding was initially developed for the petroleum industry to provide a durable and low maintenance soffit lining for forecourt canopies. The aesthetically pleasing and clean lines proved so successful that the product application has been extended to cover internal soffit applications, fascias and external wall design.
Available in widths of 150, 200 and 300mm Riblok provides a cost-effective solution for both newbuild and refurbishment projects. Riblok 150, 200 and 300 are available with two facade profiles (R&F) and can be interchanged to create a number of aesthetically pleasing designs.
The Riblok panels are fixed in place by using a concealed carrier system that is fixed to the substrate. The Riblok panels are simply snapped into place together with mineral fibre insulation in the void behind the exterior façade depending on thermal requirements. Work can commence from either edge of the cladding area, working across in the same direction until complete.
