PP32® is a Trapezoidal or box profiled twin skin roofing & cladding system which is used in both new-build & refurbishment projects, providing ‘pierce fixed’ metal roofing & cladding systems.

Q. What is the minimum roof pitch for a PP32® roof sheet?

Answer: 4° installed, design to 4.5° – 5° to allow for site tolerances.

Q. Does PP32® require mechanical seaming?

Answer: No, PP32® is a through fix system and requires fixing to the support system below.

Q. What insulation depth do I need to achieve a 0.18W/m²K U-value?

Answer: For a standard 0.7mm Liner and a PP32® top sheet you would require 250mm* of λ0.040 Quilt – allow an additional 10% for compression. *purlin centres greater than 1.000m. For additional information, build-ups or U-values please contact us.

Q. What is the maximum PP32® sheet length available?

Answer: Maximum sheet length 12m.

Q. Can I walk on the roof sheets?

Answer: For occasional light foot traffic you must only walk on the crowns of the PP32® roof sheets. Do not walk in the pans of the sheets.
