Combining Cladscreen and Ziplok in a mix of greys, metallics and silver, we delivered a curved, smooth and bold metal roofing & cladding solution to the large London development.

‘Designed for everyone, whatever their needs’; the prestigious Greenwich Square development, is now a vibrant new build residential and modern living space.

Sitting on the vacant brownfield site of the former Greenwich District Hospital, the Square contributes towards the ongoing regeneration of the area by providing new homes, a public destination and a community hub.

The entire development comprises of five blocks, broken down into; 645 mixed-tenure homes, 50% of which are affordable housing, along with other amenities of ‘everything you would want on your doorstep’ including; a leisure centre with two swimming pools, dance and exercise studios, a fitness suite, a library, a residents’ service centre, a crèche, café, bars, restaurants, supermarket and a healthcare clinic.
